Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Finance to deliver the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plan
  • Build and evolve financial models and performance metrics to enable forecasting across revenue growth, unit economics, and customer behavior
  • Execute monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Engineering to stress-test plans
  • Streamline and automate FP&A workflows, tools, and reporting infrastructure
  • Support fundraising, board materials, and due diligence initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or audit (Big 4 or similar)
  • Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and scenario analysis skills
  • Solid accounting fundamentals with command of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Ability to distill detailed financial models into clear executive narratives
  • Strong ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CPA, or similar credential
  • Experience with BI tools, data analytics, SQL, and FP&A platforms (Adaptive, Vena, Pigment, Datarails, etc.)
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, cohorts, CAC, LTV) or startup experience
