Head of FP&A

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the group-wide Business Planning process in collaboration with global business leaders
• Prepare quarterly performance reports in cooperation with corporate functions and business divisions
• Support the Holding CFO organization with the corporate approval process for business plans
• Enhance financial and analytical processes including P&L, Cash Flow, and risk controls
• Support FP&A teams with bi-weekly forecasts and monthly management accounting
• Develop relationships with Group Segments, Holding functions, and the CFO community
• Optimize systems and digital tools to improve Management Reporting efficiency
• Support group-wide Digital Transformation projects and data governance

Requirements

• University degree in finance or accounting
• 5-8 years of FP&A Team Leader experience in an international environment
• Strong accounting proficiency with understanding of Cash Flow, BS, and P&L relationships
• Proven financial modelling skills
• Experience in digitalisation projects
• Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the energy sector
