Head of FP&A

Responsibilities

• Oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to align financial targets with strategic goals
• Manage the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages across global entities
• Partner with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit processes
• Deliver data-backed financial reporting and narratives to investors and board members
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive proactive course-corrective actions with leadership
• Guide the design and implementation of scalable reporting tools and dashboards
• Lead, mentor, and grow the FP&A team to become strategic business partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or financial audit
• Proven experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• Expertise in managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation across multiple regions
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with C-level executives and investors
• Fluency in English and experience working within international teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA)
