Head of Finished Goods Production and Scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a multi-function production unit, including raw materials, finished goods, formulation, packaging, and warehousing.
• Lead and coach a team of approximately 10 members, supporting individual development plans and departmental training.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety, hygiene, GMP, ISO, and regulatory standards.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by optimizing workflows and implementing Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse layout to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage production operations to ensure processes are in control and resources are allocated to meet business priorities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to support product delivery and global best practices.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Business Management, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related technical area.
• Management or supervisory experience in a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational development, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive change, work independently, and set strategic priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
