Head of Finex

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in Argentina, ensuring their risk management and financial lines insurance broking needs are met
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new opportunities and portfolio growth
• Act as a thought leader by developing FINEX central initiatives, research, and thought leadership articles
• Collaborate with local and regional leaders to develop new Finex solutions and best-in-class product wordings
• Maintain full accountability for the Argentina budget and plan, reporting monthly to the Head of Finex
• Manage the sales pipeline within CRM and implement BI strategies alongside regional leaders
• Represent the voice of the client in strategic decision-making processes
• Ensure all sales processes comply with local regulations and the Willis Towers Watson Excellence Model
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and collaborate closely with the Fac leader
• Identify development needs and support the learning and career progression of colleagues

Requirements

• Degree qualified
• 8 years of experience in client-facing and service roles
• Financial Services Reform Act Tier 1 qualification (or willingness to complete)
• Experience in financial lines, insurance broking, or a related industry
• Excellent technical skills in coverage and wording review
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams
