Head of Financial Management & Administration

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial and administrative management of the OCOTECH temporary partnership
• Manage and direct the financial team within the Oosterweel project
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and administrative formalities
• Manage budgets, liquidity requirements, and performance tracking (attendance and time registration)
• Handle invoicing management and financial follow-up of claims related to objects or performance
• Manage financial scope changes and insurance matters
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for financial issues for partners within the partnership
• Ensure optimal setup of financial and accounting processes and fulfill legal and tax obligations
• Analyze and report results to the organization and ensure social compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a strong financial background and experience
• Proficiency with tools such as Navision, Isabel, Relatics, and Recomatics is a significant advantage
• Proactive, hands-on professional capable of working both independently and within a team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage constructively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite at the Oosterweel campus in Antwerp
