Head of Financial Lines CEMENA

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Financial Lines strategy across CEMENA, aligned with global vision
• Own the regional P&L, delivering production targets including Net Written Premium (NWP) and underwriting profit
• Lead and inspire a high-performing regional team, supporting talent development and succession planning
• Maintain underwriting excellence by upholding risk appetite and ensuring consistent quality across markets
• Drive new product development and adaptation to capture emerging business opportunities
• Manage relationships with key brokers, producers, and strategic partners to strengthen market position
• Ensure all operations comply with local regulatory and governance requirements

Requirements

• 10+ years of Financial Lines underwriting experience with a track record of leadership
• Deep technical expertise in D&O, PI, Crime, and Management Liability
• Experience managing a multi-country or regional portfolio, preferably across CEMENA
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience owning and delivering P&L targets
• Established relationships with key brokers and clients across the region
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)

• Proficiency in additional European languages
