Head of Financial Control

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of monthly analytical results, including P&L monitoring by desk and detailed revenue and expense analysis.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports for the Marex SA Board.
• Manage monthly budget monitoring, including the identification and explanation of variances.
• Oversee the calculation, accounting, and payment processes for Front Office bonuses.
• Supervise the production of regulatory reports.
• Drive continuous process improvement through automation and simplification of departmental tasks.
• Manage the management control team, including task allocation and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent with a specialization in Finance or Management Control.
• 10-15 years of experience in a similar financial control role.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and a high sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the financial sector.
• Knowledge of VBA or Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
