Head of Finance Systems & Automation

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of the finance technology stack, including the full lifecycle of the ERP environment.
• Drive end-to-end process excellence across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
• Identify and deploy AI/LLM-powered agents to automate manual finance workflows, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Design scalable data flows and APIs to connect the ERP with adjacent tools like billing, expense, and FP&A platforms.
• Establish disciplined change management, data governance, and SOX IT General controls to ensure audit readiness.
• Partner with the CFO, Controller, and FP&A leadership to align system roadmaps with strategic business priorities.
• Build and lead a high-impact Finance Systems team focused on speed and user-centricity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading finance systems or enterprise application functions in high-growth environments.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with ERP platforms, specifically NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay process design.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying AI/LLM-powered workflows or agentic systems.
• Experience implementing SOX IT General controls.
• Proficiency with iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, or Boomi).
• Proficiency in Python or SQL for prototyping and auditing automation logic.
