Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee consistent and efficient financial reporting, delivering monthly and annual statements in accordance with local standards and Group principles
• Define and communicate financial insights, proactively identifying and investigating deviations in operational performance
• Develop and own accurate bottom-up business forecasts aligned with company strategy and financial targets
• Leverage AI tools and new systems to streamline reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Manage treasury and liquidity to optimize cash balances across Spanish entities
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including accountants, local operations, shareholding doctors, and banks

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive finance experience with a strong background in Controlling or FP&A
• Experience working in a fast-paced, PE-backed buy-and-build environment
• Direct experience in the production or audit of financial statements
• Proven ability to work independently in a lean, senior leadership capacity
• Native Spanish and business-fluent English (C1 or above)
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial analysis at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) in a finance context
• Enthusiasm for adopting new technologies to increase automation
