Head of Finance Operations

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global Finance Operations function, including Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, treasury, and cash management across 26 countries.
• Manage global banking relationships to ensure optimal account structures, payment capabilities, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day payment operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Build and optimize Procure-to-Pay workflows and systems to drive efficiency and control.
• Lead and develop a geographically distributed Finance Operations team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Partner with Controlling, FP&A, Legal, and Procurement on cross-functional processes.
• Drive automation and technology adoption to build scalable financial infrastructure.
• Manage global cash positioning, liquidity, and short-term cash forecasting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Treasury, or a related senior finance leadership role.
• Proven experience working in multi-country environments.
• Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes and supporting ERP/payment platforms.
• Extensive experience managing payment operations, banking relationships, and cash management at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead distributed teams across different geographies and time zones.
• A track record of building operational infrastructure in high-growth, global environments.
• Strong bias toward process improvement, automation, and technology.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across international stakeholders.
