About the Company

Hauler Hero is a high-growth Series A vertical SaaS company with embedded payments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full order-to-cash cycle including invoicing, collections, revenue recognition, and payment reconciliation
• Lead monthly close, manage AP, vendor payments, and expense controls
• Maintain GAAP compliance and build scalable internal controls
• Manage customer agreements, contract metadata, and revenue integrity audits
• Own commission calculations, payouts, and partner with Sales on comp plan design
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting and quarterly board materials
• Partner with the CEO on runway management, fundraising readiness, and financial storytelling
• Own and maintain the financial model covering ARR, revenue, margins, and payments economics
• Track core SaaS and payments metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and GMV
• Own the finance tech stack and integrate systems with HubSpot and product data
• Partner with Product and Engineering on embedded financial logic and payment flows
• Maintain visibility into cash position, runway, and liquidity

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience across finance operations and FP&A
• Experience in a venture-backed SaaS company under $50M ARR
• SaaS experience required; payments or fintech experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience owning billing, forecasting, and board-level reporting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience implementing finance systems and automation
• Clear, concise communicator with executive presence
