About the Company

At Granica, you'll help build the next generation of enterprise AI—from exabyte-scale data infrastructure, Large Tabular Models (LTMs), and stateful AI agents. Together, we're creating the infrastructure that enables enterprises to own their data, own the intelligence built on it, and scale both efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to lead $50M–$100M+ growth rounds across Series B+.
• Own the long-range financial model, capital strategy, and investor narrative.
• Build forecasting, scenario modeling, pricing, and long-range planning systems.
• Drive analysis across unit economics, GTM efficiency, R&D leverage, and infra cost modeling.
• Translate technical value into CFO-relevant outcomes like infrastructure cost reduction and margin expansion.
• Design and operationalize a company-wide performance-based compensation system.
• Build audit, compliance, and governance frameworks for late-stage scale and IPO readiness.
• Hire and scale FP&A, accounting, revenue operations, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• Experience raising $50M–$100M+ for a high-growth startup.
• Experience scaling a company from Series B/C through to IPO readiness.
• Deep expertise in performance-based compensation systems.
• Hands-on ownership of FP&A, pricing, forecasting, and model optimization.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/AI infrastructure economics.
• Ability to operate at founder altitude with clarity and speed.
