Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for the MENA region
• Own corporate accounting integrity, including general ledger, monthly close, and audit preparation
• Manage treasury and cash flow, maintaining a 13-week rolling forecast and optimizing working capital
• Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, SOCPA/ZATCA, VAT, and e-invoicing requirements
• Build driver-based operating models linking unit economics to regional consolidation
• Drive capital allocation decisions and support strategic financing activities and banking relationships
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Development teams to provide actionable insights
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization with scalable processes

Requirements

• 8-12 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or SOCPA
• Deep exposure to IFRS and SOCPA/ZATCA regulatory standards
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities using Excel or Google Sheets
• Proven experience in treasury, cash management, and managing banking relationships
• Fluency in both English and Arabic with executive-level communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
