Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage investor updates, Board meetings, and monthly consolidated management accounts across US, UK, India, and Singapore
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee accounts payable and enforce accounts receivable processes
• Collaborate with external accountants and tax experts to optimize accounting and tax strategies
• Implement inter-company pricing measures and manage transfer pricing documentation
• Oversee external auditors for yearly audits across global entities
• Contribute to pricing and deal desk operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional finance experience in high-growth environments
• Hands-on FP&A or Strategic Finance experience (budgeting, forecasting, modeling)
• Prior experience in a SaaS start-up environment (Series A to C)
• Experience operating across multiple entities, jurisdictions, and currencies
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, gross margin, CAC, burn, runway)
• Proven people-management experience, ideally with distributed or offshore teams
