Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation
• Own quarterly and annual planning cycles end-to-end
• Establish financial discipline and set budgets across the organization
• Monitor KPIs and build dashboards to identify growth levers
• Collaborate on headcount planning and hiring prioritization
• Manage treasury strategy, cash flow, and capital structure
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering
• Create materials for Board meetings and support fundraising processes

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI technology companies
• Proven track record of building or leading a finance function
• Deep expertise in financial modeling and long-range planning
• Strong understanding of ARR-based business metrics and subscription economics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and investor audiences
