About the Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. We serve over 400 clients, including some of America’s largest banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting and financial operations including billing, tax, and monthly close processes
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses
• Monitor cash flow, runway, and capital planning
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and recurring forecasting cycles
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks
• Analyze revenue, customer acquisition, and unit economics to improve business performance
• Design and implement scalable financial processes, systems, and controls
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Experience leading finance functions within high-growth technology or SaaS companies
• Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting to boards or investors
• Proven track record of building scalable financial processes and systems
• Ability to work in person at our New York City office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments
• Experience supporting venture-backed companies through multiple growth stages
• Prior fundraising, investor relations, or corporate development experience
• Experience implementing financial systems and business intelligence tools
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or other advanced financial credentials
• Experience building and managing finance teams from the ground up
