Responsibilities

• Define and execute global financial strategy in alignment with growth ambitions
• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Oversee Payment & Fraud, FP&A, and Accounting teams
• Manage payment infrastructure, fraud prevention, and chargeback management
• Drive business partnering, performance analysis, and investment decision support
• Ensure accurate close processes, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness
• Partner with Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations on financial and operational matters
• Drive treasury management, cash planning, and working capital optimization
• Lead investor relations, board reporting, and future fundraising activities

Requirements

• First experience as a Head of Finance or finance leader in a high-growth tech company
• Track record in marketplace, fintech, or B2B SaaS business models
• Experience scaling finance organizations through hypergrowth and international expansion
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in financial modeling and KPI ownership
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English
