Head of Finance and Administration

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive financial reports to assist hospital management in strategic decision-making
• Implement accounting and reporting guidelines in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards
• Manage accounting functions and produce accurate, timely financial reports
• Control and evaluate financial transaction processes to reduce risks and improve operations
• Oversee company tax obligations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Analyze and monitor hospital cash flow, including debt and receivable management
• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor hospital budgets and forecasts
• Monitor goods and services procurement processes to support hospital operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to Department Heads to implement financial strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to Hospital Directors regarding business plans and budget feasibility
• Support Regional and Head Office teams with monthly reporting and data analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar leadership position preferred
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications

• Brevet A certification
• Tax Brevet certification
