Responsibilities

• Design the finance function from first principles, rebuilding core processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, and FP&A to eliminate manual work.
• Deploy AI across high-leverage workflows including forecasting, scenario modelling, automated reporting, and anomaly detection.
• Build and own the technical finance stack, making decisions on ERP, tooling, and data design to ensure an AI-ready architecture.
• Work directly with engineering and data teams to translate financial logic into production systems.
• Redesign the operating model to optimize the collaboration between humans and AI.
• Deliver real-time financial insights to leadership to reduce time to close and time to decision.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or redesigning finance systems and operating models end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience deploying automation or AI in real finance workflows.
• Experience in hypergrowth startups or scale-ups.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with engineering and data teams.
• Expertise in FP&A, R2R, and partnering with RevOps to drive decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and structured communication skills.
