Head of Field Technical Services, North America

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Technical Services organization for North America, managing a distributed team of engineering professionals.
• Oversee direct customer support regarding the selection and application of products.
• Act as the "voice of the customer" to internal functions to drive business success.
• Ensure technical activities are executed effectively within established project frameworks.
• Represent the business's best interests in the field through high-level technical engagement.
• Drive customer engineering excellence as part of the Commercial function.

• Proven experience managing distributed engineering teams across a large region.
• Strong expertise in technical customer support and field service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work within complex project frameworks.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with internal business objectives.
