Head of Field Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement field sales strategies by territory and market segment
• Set, track, and deliver revenue, installation, and customer acquisition targets
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team
• Lead and support Regional Sales Managers to drive performance
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems for lead management and forecasting
• Champion a customer-centric sales approach and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor field productivity and operational efficiency across territories

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in field sales or direct sales environments
• Strong track record of delivering revenue and customer acquisition targets
• Experience leading and performance-managing large, geographically dispersed teams
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and CRM capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in sales environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in utilities, PAYG, energy, or regulated consumer markets
• Experience scaling field sales operations in high-growth environments
