Head of Field Sales

Responsibilities

• Build, structure, and lead a new team of approximately 8 to 10 Outbound Field Account Executives
• Recruit, lead, and coach the field-based team to promote skill development and best practices
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Utilize Salesforce for data integrity and precise weekly revenue forecasting
• Provide hands-on coaching through regular customer visits and live on-site demos
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Account Management teams
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the sales territory to optimize efficiency
• Achieve and exceed new business and revenue targets for the team and region

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management, specifically building and coaching field sales teams
• Deep experience in Field Sales and outbound sales
• Ability to work on-site in Munich or reside in the Munich area
• Expertise in managing the full sales cycle from cold calling to closing
• Proficiency with Salesforce for reporting and forecasting
• Experience in SaaS, Hospitality, Gastronomy, or Hotel industries is a plus
• Strong hunter mentality with success in outbound sales and direct walk-ins
