Head of Field Operations & Support

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global Field Operations & Support strategy aligned to commercial and operational priorities.
• Own all field execution activities including demonstrations, evaluations, installations, and first-line support.
• Deliver repeatable, high-quality demonstrations and enable rapid customer evaluations with minimal setup time.
• Establish and operate a regional test site model (EU, USA, Australia) to support troubleshooting and training.
• Provide professional first-line technical support, ensuring rapid triage and effective escalation to engineering teams.
• Implement tools and systems for field scheduling, resource allocation, asset tracking, and case management.
• Ensure all field activities are conducted safely and in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Build a scalable operating model and lead high-performing global field teams.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in field operations, service delivery, or technical customer support.
• Experience operating globally within complex, high-tech environments.
• Proven capability in building repeatable and scalable field execution models.
• Engineering or technical background.
• Experience managing product demonstrations, trials, or customer evaluations.
• Experience working within regulated or safety-critical industries.
