Head of FALs Support

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including production, engineering, and quality, at customer facilities.
• Ensure production meets deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage negotiations and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and support business development.
• Plan and oversee project activities, including material procurement and warehouse operations.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
• Define and monitor annual goals, KPIs, and analytical income statements.
• Identify and track potential risks while controlling costs to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical Aeronautical Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the specified functions.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven capacity for decision-making, prioritization, and team management.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
