Head of Facilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the facilities function in Arvika, overseeing real estate, maintenance, and security.
• Manage budgets, maintenance planning, and financial follow-up for the site.
• Coordinate services and maintenance activities with both internal and external partners.
• Contribute to construction and development projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, authority regulations, and safety directives.
• Act as a central member of the site management team to support high-tech manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management, maintenance, security, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day delivery.
• Experience in project leadership and coordinating across multiple functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, construction, property, security, or a similar discipline.
• Extensive experience in maintenance planning and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of property owner responsibilities and safety requirements.
• Previous experience managing construction or large-scale maintenance projects.
