Head of Fabrication Gear Soft

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a production team within machining operations
• Ensure a safe working environment with a focus on health, safety, and sustainable production
• Manage daily production activities related to quality, delivery, and cost
• Drive and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality departments to develop processes
• Coach and develop team members to foster engagement and accountability

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or flow-based environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, preferably in machining or engineering
• Expertise in continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies
• A coaching and inclusive leadership style
• Ability to work both operationally and strategically
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering or production management
