Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global strategy for managing external skills, anticipating future needs related to market evolutions and transitions (digital, climate, CSR).
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of audit assignments within accreditation requirements.
• Develop and structure qualification paths and skill development for auditors, especially regarding emerging expertise.
• Drive tools and support the digital transformation of the department (data, automation, AI).
• Ensure economic performance by optimizing resources and controlling costs.
• Engage, retain, and promote a strategic network of experts.
• Manage department teams and strengthen synergies with all directions.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5).
• Proven experience in audit, certification, or expert network management.
• Solid understanding of standards and accreditation requirements.
• Proven managerial experience in complex and cross-functional environments.
• Interest in digital transformation and data tools.
• Strong leadership, anticipation skills, and interpersonal ease.
