Head of External Communication and Sustainability

Responsibilities

• Design and implement external communication strategies aligned with corporate and business objectives
• Manage media relations and lead institutional spokesperson strategies
• Lead communication planning for crisis management and reputational risk mitigation
• Supervise corporate image and reputation to ensure consistency of messages
• Manage institutional relations with authorities, guilds, communities, and other strategic stakeholders
• Monitor media and digital environments to identify trends and potential risks
• Coordinate institutional campaigns and corporate positioning initiatives locally and internationally
• Lead communication initiatives linked to sustainability and social impact
• Define, monitor, and analyze management indicators and prepare reports
• Coordinate with different organizational areas to ensure message alignment

Requirements

• University degree in Communications, Social Communication, or related fields
• Advanced English proficiency
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in media relations
• Technical knowledge in press management, crisis communication, and brand positioning
• Expertise in sustainability communication and social management
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and adapt to changing situations
