Head of Extended Parts Offer PU NA

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Commodity Buyers, actively partnering to shape and advance their professional development
• Manage purchasing QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Features) deliverables to support regional and global business objectives
• Execute segment strategies, including supplier selection, relationship management, partnerships, and negotiations
• Contribute to the Uptime Conventional Purchasing North America extended leadership team
• Manage cross-functional interactions with Engineering to develop technical roadmaps
• Maintain accountability for department budgets and operating expenses
• Act as a liaison between regions, business units, and other internal departments

Requirements

• 6+ years of direct people management or functional leadership experience
• Strategic purchasing background within heavy manufacturing or an engineering background within the aftermarket parts area
• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering/Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent working experience
• Proven ability to execute within a global matrix organization
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a focus on digitalization
• Ability to analyze complex situations and act decisively in a fast-paced environment
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
