Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive search for Senior Director and above roles globally
• Build and lead a high-performing executive recruiting team
• Partner with external executive search firms and manage those relationships
• Develop recruiting infrastructure including processes, scorecards, and assessment frameworks
• Leverage investor talent communities and VC networks to surface senior talent
• Collaborate with the broader TA team to raise senior hiring standards
• Partner with reward, legal, and people operations on senior offer processes

Requirements

• Meaningful in-house executive recruiting experience at a high-growth, VC-backed company
• Proven experience hiring at Senior Director and VP level and above
• Experience managing and developing a recruiting team
• Strong business acumen to partner with C-suite stakeholders
• Existing relationships within the investor talent community
• Experience managing external search firm relationships
• High level of discretion and judgment for confidential searches
