Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. We've raised over $14M in funding and are growing 30% MoM.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute local family-focused events across core markets
• Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and pediatricians
• Organize provider networking events, happy hours, and local meetups
• Coordinate presence at industry conferences and professional events
• Build and manage affiliate partnerships with organizations serving families and providers
• Create scalable systems for event planning, sponsorships, and community engagement
• Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, and timelines
• Use AI and automation to increase efficiency across community operations

Requirements

• Extremely ambitious with a desire to build at high velocity
• AI-native (experience using tools like Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT)
• Systems thinker capable of turning chaos into repeatable processes
• Exceptional communication skills for professional representation
• Ability to travel 25% - 75% to various community events
• Experience enabling community members to host their own events
• Comfortable working in high-accountability, low-structure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in community building or events
• Experience in partnerships
• Background in healthcare, autism services, or education
