About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and attendee experience
- Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for event needs, branding materials, and add-ons
- Plan and coordinate sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
- Hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer organisation
- Maintain inventory tracking and quality-check banners, signage, brochures, and promotional materials
- Review and manage budgets, ensuring changes are raised ahead of time
