Head of Event Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead and line manage a diverse team of senior marketers and specialists in Riyadh
• Develop product positioning and high-impact marketing campaigns for large-scale B2B events
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure optimal spend across all digital and traditional channels
• Monitor campaign performance using data insights to drive revenue and improve ROI
• Champion the adoption and optimization of marketing technology and digital solutions
• Collaborate with sales and event teams to align marketing strategy with commercial objectives
• Manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver PR, social media, and digital marketing

Requirements

• Degree-level education in marketing or a related field
• Extensive experience in digital marketing and marketing technology
• Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience in a leadership role, ideally within the exhibitions or events industry
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, or global environment
• Background in large-scale B2B event or exhibition marketing
