Head of Event Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for world-class conferences and exhibitions.
• Manage the full event marketing lifecycle, including discovery, brand launch, delegate acquisition, live delivery, and post-event ROI analysis.
• Drive attendee acquisition and support sponsorship sales to meet commercial revenue targets.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM automation, and social media campaigns.
• Lead brand development, content creation, and public relations strategies to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government ministries and public sector organizations in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
• Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing internal marketing teams and external agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record with large-scale B2B or B2C events, conferences, or exhibitions in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and performance marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Experience working with government stakeholders and navigating complex regulatory environments.
