Head of ESG Reporting & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project management of ESG and mission-related reporting efforts, including timelines, work plans, and stakeholder coordination.
• Build and run the operating cadence for the reporting process, including working groups and executive check-ins.
• Partner with subject-matter experts across the company to gather inputs, clarify ownership, and track milestones.
• Create repeatable processes for data collection, metric tracking, evidence gathering, and internal validation.
• Develop project plans, status updates, executive briefings, and board materials.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance on disclosure readiness and reporting frameworks.
• Manage complex cross-functional workstreams across environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance.

Requirements

• Experience leading or scaling ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, risk, or compliance programs.
• Strong program management and operational execution skills.
• Practical fluency with ESG frameworks, standards, and disclosure processes.
• Direct experience managing end-to-end reporting processes and review cycles.
• Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and translate ambiguous requirements into practical plans.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working with ESG metrics and operational data.
• Excellent communication skills for creating materials for executives and external stakeholders.
• High judgment and the ability to influence without direct authority.
