Head of ESG Reporting & Operations

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of ESG and mission-related reporting, including timelines, work plans, and stakeholder coordination.
• Build and run the operating cadence for the reporting process, including working groups, executive check-ins, and steering committee updates.
• Partner with subject-matter experts across Legal, Finance, Product, and Safety to gather inputs and track milestones.
• Create repeatable processes for data collection, metric tracking, evidence gathering, and internal validation.
• Develop project plans, executive briefings, board materials, and internal narratives regarding progress and risks.
• Manage complex cross-functional workstreams across environmental impact, social responsibility, governance, and workforce programs.

Requirements

• Experience leading or significantly scaling ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, risk, or compliance programs.
• Strong program management and operational execution skills with a track record of driving high-stakes work.
• Practical fluency with ESG frameworks, standards, disclosure processes, and internal controls.
• Direct experience managing end-to-end reporting processes, including evidence collection and review cycles.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working with ESG metrics, operational data, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear materials for executives and external stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to emerging areas of work.
