Head of Escrow Sales

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients to drive escrow sales.
• Manage client relationships by identifying financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerances to support data-driven insights.
• Design customized escrow solutions that incorporate a range of products and services from the bank's portfolio.
• Communicate value propositions, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms beneficial to both the client and the bank.
• Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead a large team or sub-function, embedding a performance culture aligned with business values.
• Provide expert advice to senior functional management and influence function-wide strategic initiatives.
• Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generation, and other key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client relationship management and stakeholder negotiation.
• Expertise in strategic solution design within a financial services context.
• Strong ability in financial, legal, and operational risk assessment.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience, including managing other people managers.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry landscape.
• Advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems in sensitive situations.
