Head of ERP Reporting Platforms

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all ERP Reporting technology and platforms during the enterprise transformation from ECC to S/4 HANA.
• Lead the technical implementation of a BDC native S/4 ERP Reporting Technology Stack and Data Product Catalogue using Clean Core principles.
• Manage the integration of reporting data between existing ECC and new S/4 systems during the multi-year transition.
• Ensure business continuity for critical statutory and regulatory reporting, maintaining compliance with SOX and GxP.
• Oversee L2 and L3 support services for all in-scope reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with the Chief Data Office to integrate ERP data into the Global Data Lake.
• Manage a combination of in-house resources and outsourced partners to deliver transformation outcomes.
• Consolidate the report catalogue into an optimized core portfolio to provide reliable analytics insights.

Requirements

• Direct hands-on experience in SAP S/4 Private Cloud Reporting & Analytics.
• Deep technical specialist expertise in the SAP S/4 Reporting technology landscape.
• Proven experience leading a large SAP S/4 HANA Reporting practice at an enterprise scale.
• Strong experience in managing outsourced partners and external service providers.
• Proficiency in resource and capacity management.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Delivery Methodology, including release planning and scheduling.
• Ability to independently manage escalations from business counterparts.
