Head of ERP Data

Responsibilities

• Lead the data strategy, architecture, and migration initiatives for the enterprise S/4HANA transformation
• Establish a first-in-class ERP data platform using the latest SAP data technologies
• Define ERP target data technology and data model architecture principles
• Oversee end-to-end data migration from legacy ECC systems to S/4HANA, including tool selection and ETL process design
• Implement data governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with GDPR and SOX obligations
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate enterprise requirements into actionable technical designs
• Lead and mentor a team of data specialists to ensure project success and ongoing operations

Requirements

• Significant experience managing data at an enterprise scale
• Proven track record of leading and designing data models within the scope of an ERP Programme
• Extensive experience in data architecture and design within SAP environments, specifically SAP S/4HANA
• Proficiency with data migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, or LSMW
• Essential experience in statutory reporting and compliance
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of data professionals
• Experience in consumer health, life sciences, or FMCG industries is highly desirable
