Head of ePMO

Responsibilities

• Lead the central governance and delivery control function for product and enterprise portfolios.
• Own and enforce the structured intake, prioritization, and gate approval frameworks.
• Maintain real-time visibility of engineering capacity and surface prioritization conflicts to leadership.
• Track cost, timeline, and value delivery for all active initiatives to ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage the enterprise portfolio, including operational and procurement initiatives.
• Identify systemic delivery patterns and provide forward-looking risk mitigation strategies.
• Produce decision-ready monthly portfolio status reports for the CPO and CSO.
• Lead and coordinate the EPMO team, including an Agile Lead and Project Manager.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in senior program management, portfolio governance, or enterprise PMO roles.
• Proven track record of building and enforcing governance frameworks in high-velocity environments.
• Background in regulated fintech, payments, or financial services.
• PMP or PgMP certification is required.
• Strong experience managing upward across C-suite stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with agile delivery and squad-level capacity planning.
• Ability to frame governance decisions in terms of commercial business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• MSP Practitioner, SAFe SA, or SPC certification.
• MoP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Familiarity with the UAE regulatory environment (CBUAE, SVF licensing).
