Head of Environmental Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead the environmental technology division based on economic and technical criteria
• Drive continuous productivity increases and ensure high profitability within the division
• Strategically expand the company's market position
• Develop working and performance conditions while providing targeted employee development
• Realize corporate goals and ensure compliance with HSE, quality, environmental, and legal standards
• Foster trustworthy cooperation within the corporate group

Requirements

• University degree in Environmental Technology, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
• Multi-year leadership experience in the environmental technology sector
• Deep knowledge of relevant laws, norms, and industry standards
• Strong market and industry expertise, including experience with committees, networks, or political bodies
• Significant expertise in bidding processes and construction tasks
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills with tactical proficiency
