Head of Enterprise Testing CoE, Alpha Implementation - Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, scaling, and governance of the Implementation Center of Excellence (iCoE) for testing functions within STT Alpha.
• Oversee global strategy, delivery excellence, and financial performance for enterprise testing services supporting large-scale client implementations.
• Drive the transition of execution-heavy work from high-cost vendors to internal iCoE capabilities through structured knowledge transfer and the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model.
• Champion AI-enabled testing, intelligent defect analytics, and test data management initiatives.
• Build and lead a multi-disciplinary leadership team (VP/AVP layers) across testing domains, establishing career paths and competency frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end testing across front, middle, and back-office components, ensuring consistent delivery of complex data flows and integrations.
• Establish governance structures, including risk management, productivity metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities through estimation models, proposals, and client solution shaping.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale implementation, transformation, PMO leadership, or delivery operations within financial services.
• Proven track record of managing global delivery hubs or Centers of Excellence (CoEs) at scale.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L, operating models, and large global teams.
• Extensive experience leading complex, client-facing transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of financial services platforms, data-heavy architectures, and regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of front, middle, and back-office components and implementation workflows.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at MD/SVP levels.
