About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end customer success strategy for Ramp’s Enterprise and Strategic segments
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise CSMs
  • Define and drive key metrics including spend activation, product adoption, and net revenue retention
  • Serve as the executive sponsor and escalation point for high-value customer relationships
  • Design change management frameworks for large multinational corporations
  • Build AI-augmented workflows for health scoring, predictive analytics, and automated communication
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into platform improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure seamless customer handoffs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales leadership
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Proven experience leading change management and digital transformation for multinational corporations
  • Track record of scaling CS teams of 20+ CSMs
  • Deep expertise in enterprise activation metrics and customer health scoring
  • Strong AI fluency and experience driving AI-augmented workflows
  • Exceptional executive presence for engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial operations preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with management consulting or professional services delivery
  • Background in organizational change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR)
  • Experience building customer success for category-creating products
  • Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, or similar platforms
