About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end customer success strategy for Ramp’s Enterprise and Strategic segments
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise CSMs
- Define and drive key metrics including spend activation, product adoption, and net revenue retention
- Serve as the executive sponsor and escalation point for high-value customer relationships
- Design change management frameworks for large multinational corporations
- Build AI-augmented workflows for health scoring, predictive analytics, and automated communication
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights into platform improvements
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure seamless customer handoffs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales leadership
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- Proven experience leading change management and digital transformation for multinational corporations
- Track record of scaling CS teams of 20+ CSMs
- Deep expertise in enterprise activation metrics and customer health scoring
- Strong AI fluency and experience driving AI-augmented workflows
- Exceptional executive presence for engaging C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial operations preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with management consulting or professional services delivery
- Background in organizational change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR)
- Experience building customer success for category-creating products
- Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, or similar platforms
