Responsibilities

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with large corporate farming operations
  • Own and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy for North American expansion
  • Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers responsible for strategic customers
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships with ag industry bodies and corporate ranching groups
  • Leverage North American agricultural grants and government funding programs to drive adoption
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects and drive accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals
  • Deep experience in enterprise sales and navigating long sales cycles
  • Experience leading and developing Key Account Managers
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with external organizations
  • Familiarity with agricultural grants, conservation funding, or government incentive schemes
  • Experience owning the full end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to expansion
  • Passion for agriculture, farm systems, or AgTech
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast in a high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the broader agricultural sector or AgTech industry
