Photoroom is the leading visual solution for e-commerce. Founded in 2019 and part of Y Combinator's 2020 cohort, we serve over 300 million users and major enterprises like Amazon and DoorDash through our mobile app, web platform, and API.
Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market strategy and marketing execution for the large enterprise business
- Deliver a high-quality sales qualified lead pipeline and sales enablement
- Manage product marketing, ICP development, and positioning
- Execute account-based marketing (ABM) and event strategies
- Drive demand generation through content and paid marketing
- Develop Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-assist initiatives
- Partner with Revenue Operations to build scoring models and funnel reporting
- Hire, coach, and inspire a lean GTM squad
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in B2B growth or marketing
- Proven success in cross-functional leadership with sales and product teams
- Experience scaling enterprise marketing and driving 2x+ ARR growth
- Track record of leading demand generation from <$5M to $30M+ ARR
- Experience with both Product-Led Sales and sales-led motions
- Ability to build and scale B2B demand engines for both self-serve and enterprise
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering with Product on PLG loops
- Background in retail or e-commerce marketing
- Experience in B2B roles within a B2C organization
- Experience contributing to pricing strategies
