Head of Enterprise & Integrated Workstream

Responsibilities

• Manage a team leading projects and initiatives that support company-client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the execution and completion of IT solution implementations and professional services projects.
• Provide budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company team members.
• Establish project governance, including management standards, reporting cadences, and documentation templates.
• Facilitate communication between IT, legal, finance, and operational teams to manage interdependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical roadblocks to senior management.
• Drive the integration or separation processes for functional areas during M&A or organizational changes.
• Create and manage dashboards and performance metrics to report on milestones and financial targets.

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing complex projects, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proven ability to analyze data, make fact-based decisions, and improve business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Ability to bridge technical details with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience driving action across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity within a global organizational structure.
