• Lead the English department and drive high standards of teaching and learning
• Inspire students through engaging and effective instructional practices
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community
• Contribute to the long-term academic success and development of the department

Requirements

• Strong subject knowledge in English
• Proven track record of excellence in teaching and learning
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide a UK-enhanced DBS check or equivalent police clearance
