About the Company

TB&C, a member of the DELTA Electronics Group, specializes in the development, planning, and production of hybrid components and electronic assemblies for electromobility, as well as products for consumer, medical, and industrial customers. Headquartered in Herborn, Germany, the company operates production sites in Mexico and Romania.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-departmental equipment procurement including organizational, technical, and financial aspects
• Perform and monitor calculations for tools and fixtures
• Support technical concept definition and co-design activities
• Provide technical support for projects and production plants regarding machinery, tools, and equipment
• Assist in supplier selection for tools and equipment
• Oversee tool production, including design approvals and acceptance tests
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and time requirements
• Delegate tasks to team members and manage engineering capacity planning
• Evaluate manufacturability of customer inquiries based on drawings
• Support Marketing & Sales with offer creation and negotiations
• Coordinate change management for series and quality-relevant topics
• Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational, and health safety regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in technical project management, engineering, or industrialization
• Experience in procurement and implementation of plants, tools, and equipment
• Knowledge of calculation, technical concept development, and manufacturability assessment
• Experience working with international suppliers, customers, and production sites
• Proficiency in quality, cost, and schedule management
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Fluency in German and English
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
