Responsibilities

• Increase engineering leverage by reducing coordination overhead and operational friction
• Ensure strategic alignment between Engineering, Product, and leadership to reduce priority thrashing
• Establish operational governance through lightweight planning, prioritization, and accountability mechanisms
• Act as a strategic partner to the CTO to increase executive visibility on risks and dependencies
• Lead concrete projects including Cloud Economics, client onboarding processes, and engineering roadmap maintenance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, tech operations, chief of staff, or similar roles
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from diagnosis to execution
• Advanced English proficiency
• Genuine curiosity regarding how engineering systems and technology function
